Thanks! Yeah, in RTOS this would have been easy, but I don't have FreeRTOS and I do not really want to involve one. I was hoping there is a way to solve this from within the interrupt:) If I am not mistaken, some architectures generally allow launching interrupt generating stuff from IRQ handlers so I am hopeful there is something for RP2040 as well.
