I have played back 1920 x 1080 on a Pi Zero it did not even get warm.
The trick was using the hardware h.264 decoder.
The Pi5 has "4Kp60 HEVC decoder", which I assume is hardware?
So if your video is h.265 encoded then you will have the best chance.
