Looks suspiciously close to the 'Sabrent' as if it's the same chipset just in a different box. But I'll try it and report back!

Frigate NVR docs mentions success with the SABRENT 4 Port USB 3.0 Hub with Individual LED Lit Power Switches, Includes 5V/2.5A Power Adapter (HB-UMP3). You'll still want to use the approved Pi power charger for the actual Pi unit.
