Media centres • Plex Server "blank"

I've installed Plex Media Server on a pi4 today but when I launch the server all I get is a blank splash screen rather than a login or setup screen.

It's been a couple of years since I actively used linux of any kind so I'm fresh out of ideas of where to look. I'm using the Chromium browser that's installed by default but, other than that, I don't have any clues where to look.

Any suggestions?
