It was merged 28th Nov 2023, so any firmware since then should include the fix.This is a bug that exists in the Raspberry Pi isp and occurs on some large resolutions (64mp), you can review the discussion in the links below:

It seems that the current release of the default version does not fix this issue, you need to manually update the firmware to do so.
