I did suggest that, but - Very few people know morse and trying to make it work for those who don't is quite challenging. You can't use standard morse timing because, in my experience, it's just too confusing. Possibly because it's intended for sound and not a LED.You could use Morse. Not least because it has a code for zero.
The other way would be to treat it like pulse dialling; send 10 for 0.
