Using WOL implies that you want to wake up the Pi. How will you put the Pi to sleep in the first place?Hi everyone,
i want to use my zero2 w as a WOL device for my Pi5. The zero is my VPN Wlan Access Point and running 24/7 . I have a ethernet hat on it. Now i want to wakeup / boot my Pi5 perhaps via GPIO Pins? Is it possible? I never used the GPIO Pins and i m a bit afraid of destroying the Pi with my first tests on it.![:roll:]( "Rolling Eyes")
I found some tuts where a zero was used for a WOL of a PC and i found a post that i can boot a PI by shorting Pin3 to Ground. Any other ideas?
