Linux pi2 6.6.31+rpt-rpi-v7 #1 SMP Raspbian 1:6.6.31-1+rpt1 (2024-05-29) armv7l GNU/Linux

Enable serial uart on GPIO14/15. Connect a wire between 14 and 15 ("loopback")
Install putty and use it to open Serial on /dev/serial0 at Speed = 115200.
It works fine

Here a first Feedback about the cabeling:
Here you have less errors with this connector on Pi side.

The with the lastest bookworm version the Infos with a loopback situation.
Nothing on the putty screen seen...
