You're deep in fisheye lens territory there. That might be well outside what Raspberry Pi Ltd might want to do.If your V3 Rpi camera had captured 190° (or more), I would have been so happy.
Arducam have a bunch of fixed focus IMX708 modules going from regular to superwide. They're effectively compatible with the real v3 camera (minus auto-detection), as long as you don't expect focus to do anything. I liked their widest one, but like all superwides, getting good AE across the whole frame is $@^%$#&^ …
Arducam also have almost exact clones on the v3 and v3 wide, right down to AF compatibility … if they could decide which way up to mount the sensor in the module, that is.
