Why DDG (other search engines are available) for quick quack information, when you could post on a forum and wait half a week instead?Or that perhaps Luosi was trying to get instructions on compromising a system without having to google it.
Raspberry Pi might be the cheapest and most sold general-purpose computer in history, and it is aimed at beginners. Surely it is more likely that OP (and other reader) actually owns one and has lost access, than that their bank or employer has given them physical access to one that they are not supposed to administer?
Nobody has suggested exploiting security vulnerabilities. All the recovery methods discussed require physical access to remove the SD card or drive (unless you have root access already). Every owner of every Pi should be aware of these methods. Especially before they plan to give them to people they do not trust.
