As the "manufacturer" of this device, you will have to sign a Declaration of Conformity, confirming that the device complies with the following directives:
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive.
Low Voltage Directive (LVD)
Radio Equipment Directive (RED)
Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive.
You will, of couse, need documentation to demonstrate compliance with these directives. Compiling this documentation is made easier if you can get the Declarations of Conformity for the product components (if they are CE Marked), but you will also most likely need to do testing and get test reports, for instance for EMC.
