Troubleshooting • Re: Turn on/off HDMI: not tvservice, not vcenvcmd, not dtparam (despite man pages), so how...?

I ran this script, but the monitor wakes up every 5 seconds to show "no signal". Any ideas?

Also, how can I run this from cron?
I tried this but no luck.

@reboot /bin/bash /home/pi/kmsblank.sh &

It works when I run it manually over SSH session
