Which Raspberry PI os are you using? is it bookworm or bulleseye? are you using network manager?
It looks like you have't been allocated an IP address by the DHCP server.
if you had been; ifconfig would show entries for inet1 and/or Inet6;which it isn't. You may need to take it up with your local network admin.
One other thing...I see that you're in France...have you set the Wifi region to France? I'm not sure if that would cause it. I don't think so; but might be worth a try. Also make sure that the TZ is set correctly.
