I've seen an issue with rotation where 90degrees rotation resulted in 270degrees and vice versa - see viewtopic.php?p=2173777#p2173777 - did not check recently. So be sure you're not observing that behavior.

the 32MHz are written on the Waveshare homepage and the screen is working, so you mean, I should reduce the value? What is the advantage?
