Yes it looks like it can handle it CPU wise, the problem seems to be more related to using CamillaDSP together with PeppyMeter.
I checked this guide: https://github.com/FdeAlexa/PeppyMeter_ ... oOde720.md which states that it requires a loopback for the Peppy, however in the Moode UI I'm not able to enable alsa loopback when the DSP is enabled
