There are many nRF52840 thumb(nail) size modules without any LED. You can use your Pico 2 to program nRF52840, I suppose (if picoprobe firmware could be compiled for RP2350, that is likely true). Nordic has nRF52840 dongle, which will be easier to program - it has some sort of bootloader, so not only SWD, but programming USB as well. There can program nRF52840 to have UF2 bootloader as well.
Pico (2) W might have some advantages when connecting Bluetooth Classic devices. Advantage is, it support Classic, when nRF are BLE only.
