Just to clarify why I asked for that specific information. Some monitors do not return proper configuration data (EDID). The video drivers used in Bookworm will ignore the display if it doesn't send valid data. Sometimes it can be the cable instead of the monitor that is causing the issue.

The initial boot screen is displayed at a default resolution that most monitors should support. The line that starts with "Display:" should have two entries for EDID and two entries for HPD (Hot Plug Detect), one for each HDMI output. So we can tell if the valid information is being received.

If they don't show a valid EDID then there are ways around that, sometimes by changing the cable or monitor, or by setting a fixed video setting in the boot cmdline.txt.
