How do you solder the contacts under the chip?
One method is hot air, another is using a hot plate, or an infra-red oven. I have a hot air rework tool, so that is what I use.

Doing the connections properly is tricky as the solder comes in tiny balls which you place on the PCB for each of the contacts. Then you put the chip on top of them and heat it up until the solder melts.

Obviously you need a big magnifier or microscope to see what you're doing.

If you want to know more, I suggest checking youtube for "BGA reballing". BGA is Ball Grid Array and refers to the type and layout of the connections.
