Re-check that SSH is enabled on the Pi Interfaces configuration.
Check we can log in to the pi from a PC on the local LAN using SSH via PuTTY (install PuTTY on Windows PC)
Re-check that VNC server is enabled on the Pi Interfaces.
Check we can log in to the Pi using VNC viewer on the PC (Install it if needed on Windows) - same username & password.
If all is well, re-confirm that RPi-connect is still working.
