@gmx, it's super hard to get a good shot of the flash chip markings. I can see it best at an angle, so with a point-and-shoot it's a bust even with macro focus. There is a logo at upper left and the first line is something like 'BY016A'. I'll try later, but generally flash is low on the risk list so I skipped it.
