Additional Info that i missed:

The Pi does have rust over some areas, the audio jack, wifi card etc...
I tried USB booting and the behavior is as erratic as the sdcard booting
I tried a ups hat for ups in case power failure happens, since I get my Pi power from the mains and power cuts are expected.
UPS model and guide here: https://www.waveshare.com/ups-hat-d.htm
I dont believe the UPS hat is not the problem but I am not sure.

If I have to provide any other output let me know
outputs of the following commands

vcgencmd measure_volts
volt=0.8875V

vcgencmd measure_temp
temp=42.8'C

sudo rpi-eeprom-update

Let me know if I missed anything. And sorry for the bad formatting. I am tired of praying to RPi gods everytime it boots or reboots or if I connect the power supply. It is the only one that I have and have been using it for years. It saved me during my graduate project and I am emotionally attached to it. Every booting is an anxious event.
