You may want to do an arch install using endeavouros, as they have packed the linux-rpi-16k and linux-rpi-headers-16k into a working image. They do say on website that they are not supporting arm installs, but have arm install information, see below.

The below shows the image has been update on github recently.
https://github.com/endeavouros-arm/images/releases
It installed to sd card no problem and I installed on nvme from converted files.
