Yes, a quick test on CM4 confirms that: on a CM4 with default bootloader config, 3.3V remains on after shutdown. But that's not a major issue because I need the daemon in any case on a CM4 - no other way to signal a shutdown without the power button interface. (gpio-shutdown would be an option but it would just reserve yet another GPIO).
