I cannot help on CM3.
I used a Pi3A+ for 3Dprint scene view.
All I had to do was to instal "OctoPi" OS from rpi-imager.
That contains working OctoPrint and that contains streaming.
So even if you don't want to use OctoPrint for 3Dprinting, it is the easiest way to get working streaming solution.
