What are you willing to pay? Buying used CRT's from the market, having to check them if they are still working, then preparing the Pi to make use of them. Still housing is an open topic where one can spend quite some hours on.
So, what do you think how many hours need to be spend on this? And why the heck should anybody do that, now knowing that when you say 7in CRT you don't think 7in CRT.
sorry to say, but my time is not priceless, and I expect the time of other 'genius of electronics' here isn't as well.As for CRT screen size, I think a 7 inch TV should be the right size for it to be realistic.
