Hi, please check out section 8.3 of the manual. It looks as though you may be trying the change the CMA in the wrong place. Note also that the manual may talk about /boot/config.txt but on an up-to-date OS that should of course be /boot/firmware/config.txt (will need to get that changed).
You don't actually show what kind of a configuration you're asking for. Things like the format you request and the buffer count all make a big difference, so it might be worth checking out section 8.4 of the manual too.
The console log you've included doesn't show what camera mode was chosen, so if you're still having trouble after all the above, just a little more of the console output where it shows what streams it's configuring would be helpful. Thanks!
