I have improved my script and terminal commands. Everything is working well, but I am facing a visual issue that I can't seem to fix.
Despite setting everything in GNOME Tweaks to the Ubuntu theme, not all elements of GNOME have switched from Adwaita to Yaru. A clear example is in the Settings app, where selectable icons and UI elements still use Adwaita’s blue accents instead of Yaru’s orange. This inconsistency is also present in other parts of the system, even though I have applied the correct GTK and Shell themes.

On the left side, GNOME Settings still uses Adwaita, while on the right side, GNOME Tweaks correctly applies the Yaru theme. This confirms that, despite configuring everything in Tweaks, some parts of GNOME do not fully switch to Yaru.
I suspect this needs to be changed at a deeper level in GNOME. I want to ensure that Yaru is fully applied across the entire OS and that Adwaita is completely replaced.
Does anyone know why some elements are still using Adwaita and how I can force GNOME to fully switch to Yaru? Could this be related to hardcoded elements in GNOME or a missing configuration setting?
Thanks for any help!
