Common advice to CM users: start from https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/cm4i ... -KiCAD.zip by removing the HW you don't need, then add what you want.

your pinout is a CM5, so what are you aiming for? Make sure to check the CM5 datasheet as well!

That is how I started, but apparently I removed something I didn't know I need

I started with the CM5 IO board instead of the CM4 IO board, but AFAIK should not matter at this basic level whether it's a CM4 or CM5 plugged into it, they should be cross compatible.
