No, since it's a Pi4 they must have already:-
- Erased the SPI flash to get into nRPIBOOT mode
- Selected a GPIO for use as RPIBOOT
- Followed the secure-boot tutorial, uncommented config.txt options to revoke the devkey - each of which carries a warning message
- Signed and programmed a bootloader EEPROM
