There was a recent update to the Bookshelf App but I am not convinced that's the cause of only now having two tabs. Both HackSpace and Wireframe have been removed from the Bookshelf database -Wireframe disappeared a while ago. HackSpace has only recently disappeared.
I guess whoever is in charge of Bookshelf has decided the community doesn't need access to editions of HackSpace via the Bookshelf App now that's become a part of the Raspberry Pi Official Magazine (ne MagPi). You might get a more definitive answer asking here -It should be possible to add HackSpace back into the Bookshelf App along with the missing first 30 editions of MagPi, Wireframe, Hello World, Pi datasheets, Product Information Portal and other items, but I haven't checked recently. Or write your own App to include what you would like.
