Hello guys , i've bought a used Raspberry Pi 2B and it is not giving any display via HDMI Port. I w as checking to see if any material is burnt or missing and i found that "L4" Chip is missing.

Can it be the reason that HDMI Port doesnt work? and how can i replace it.
