Thank you so much. Now I have to change to another screen supplier.

Why?

At first it still reports the same error.

Soon their engineer tells me to change the

dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d

to

dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d

And now it works.

Hopes can help others also.

This can NOT be recommended, and would not be an option at all on Pi5 (fbcp relies on the DispmanX snapshot feature, and DispmanX does not exist at all on Pi5).
