I was hoping to play PC titles and use cloud gaming for ps5/4 and xbox games. So pretty much just building a mini PC inside of a ps2
Streaming might be possible. IIRC folks have done it with Steam. Don't know about PS4/5 and xbox.
If you want to run modern(ish) PC games a PI is the wrong board for you. ARM CPU not Intel/AMD (which has to be emulated which kills performance) and nowhere enough GPU grunt.
Find a cheap/secondhand mini ITX board then install Linux or Windows on it.
