Graphics, sound and multimedia • Re: How can I play HLS/DASH (.m3u8 / .mpd) streams on a headless Raspberry Pi without installing VLC?

I would install Raspberry Pi OS with desktop on that Pi4, then use a browser to look at the HLS/DASH streams, e.g. using the video element in an html page with the JavaScript video player hls.js from GitHub (similarly for dash)
