I have a standard UPS hat for a Raspberry Pi 4. For the sake of testing, I am running that example code here:
https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_Ci ... pletest.py
I noticed that the values do not change when I disconnect the power supply.
Voltage (VIN+) : 29.079 V
Voltage (VIN-) : 29.040 V
Shunt Voltage : 0.03855 V
Shunt Current : -0.5912 A
Power Calc. : -17.16845 W
Power Register : 117.192 W
I have not left it unpowered more than a few minutes, and it may be the will change eventually, but is there no way to tell if the device is powered or not?
What can I expect to happen as the battery drains? And at what point should I have the RPi turn itself off?
