What happened to the Pi5 specific section in Documentation?
The section was there for launch so folks could see what had changed, it was always intended that the section would be absorbed into the rest of the documentation over time. It was actually there a fair bit longer than I'd initially intended.
Looks like Documentation will be prepared for upcoming new products like 5in/7in DSI display, CM5IO, CM5 and maybe even the monochrome global shutter camera ...

to bad that the Pi5 documentation got deleted because many links in the forum were referring to that and now end in (as i.e. https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentati ... tml#pinout )
