If you mean you want to use your Pi as a hotspot device that takes in wifi and provides wifi hotspot for other devices then it's not possible without an additional wifi adaptor.
I tried doing this with a Pi 4 I had and it immediately disconnects the wifi when I turn on wifi hotspot.
