as OP is new to Raspberry Pi my clear recommendation is Pi5.
CM5 from the Dev Kit has an eMMC. I would not recommend eMMC versions to beginners!
get a Pi5, active cooler, M.2 HAT+, official 45W PSU (your tablet or your phone will Love it). here is a sample shot of my Pi5 using SN530. Note: depending on your drives firmware you may find it non-working on Pi5 ( but working on CM4).

the case is KKSB but it's crap (hot air can not escape from chassis).
