With rolling code, I've found more... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rolling_code etc..

But it seem that a lot of ready 433Mhz remote pilot with rolling code are using proprietary rolling code.... so no use.

I've saw also another approach... Bluetooth... as it's require first a "binding" and the Raspberry handle already Bluetooth too , it could be easy...

But then, is there exist a BT remote to use in this scenario ?
