I have a RPi4 in my CNC mill that I have set up to auto login when it is turned on. Since this is on a local network that can't be accessed from the outside world i leave the username/password as default on all my machines (yes it's a security risk but i choose to accept it).
With this config, i was getting a message on login reminding me of the issue so i fixed it by deleting the warning script files (sshpwd.sh in 2 locations). This was working fine until i did an apt-get update; apt-get upgrade yesterday. The script files are both still deleted but i am getting the warning dialog again.
I'm running raspi-os bookworm on this machine and presumably it's up to date. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
