So I have found another way around how it works.
I installed raspberry PI OS full with desktop via win11 on another sd card.
I then flashed the lite version via my Raspberry 3b with the PI imager on another sd card.
And see and behold! everything works perfectly. wifi works SSH works. So I can now expand Klipper further.
Nevertheless, it does not work with Win11 I have tried it with 2 different systems with Win11.
The Error must lie somewhere there
