rpi4 already boosts to 1800 from the stock 1500tells you the current settings
you can do 1900 with out anything else
don't recommend messing with the gpu
just keep adding till you find your stable point
over_voltage_delta=50000 can get you past the 1900
it's a toss of the dice after that
make sure you have a way to edit if it don't boot or locks up, holding the shift key at boot doesn't always work to get you back in to fix
i run a rpi5, way faster then rpi4
