Not really sure what the OP is talking about in his second post. If you are interested in seeing a few of the applications the RP2040 and RP2350 are being used for, then try the powered by pi product gallery.
With regard to the original question, it takes a while for fixes to work through the chip production system, and there are a number of areas flagged up by the hacker challenge that need improvement. I can only suggest patience. in the meantime, the datasheets provide details of all errata, and mitigations you can put in place. The GPIO pull issue can be worked around easily.
The 2350 is a pretty awesome chip, but I am biased.
