We have some PC (24) and laptops that do a similar BSoD, check the error it is giving you.
It is probably you uSD reader. Ours seems to be a realtek chip one that uses USB (though it's an integrated drive).
I can't remember the laptop setup.
Anyway try using Etcher.
Does it happen on Verify etc?
(trying to remember when ours does it).
If a Windows PC BSoD a few times it tends to go into he Safe mode, style boot.
You can often just ignore it and reboot. You may want to check the drive etc.
When I reported many moons back there was no fix, it still does it after we updated to Win11
