I checked the password a hunderd times. Now that I use the Imager on MacOS, it works on the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W (which did not work before). For the Pi 5 I use the same settings, but still does not connect. Though it is a bit better, because it sees the network now.

For now I will give up the Pi 5 and continue with the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W.
