My questions are -
That's based on Raspberry Pi moving from X11 to Wayland, Wayland being seen as the way forward, X11 being seen as deprecated - and it may become unsupported by Linux distros in future, the preference for users to use Pi Connect or VNC, little interest in RDP, little concern that Windows users want to use RDP, and little appreciation that Windows users who use RDP usually wish to use it to access all their remote computers, prefer not to have to use different tools to access different computers.
I use RDP to access all my remote PC's and Pi's, and that works fine, has done for decades, except for the one which now black screens. I don't want to have to remember 'to connect to that particular Pi you need to use something other than RDP', don't believe I should have to.
But I suspect that's how it's going to be.
Maybe someone could raise an issue if it hasn't been raised already, then we may better know where we stand.
- How do we identify what the problem is ?
- How do we solve the problem ?
- Are Raspberry Pi interested in resolving the issue ?
