Update:
I’ve done some more troubleshooting and wanted to share the results:
* Swapped out Kali for Raspberry Pi OS — same issue persists
* Removed the Pi from the Pironman 5 case completely
* Connected directly to the monitor using a straight mini HDMI (no adapter)
* Tried booting from a known-good SD card instead of the NVMe SSD
*Checked the other wiring to make sure of a good connection.
Unfortunately, none of these changes resolved the problem. The display still shows horizontal green lines after boot, and the CPU fan + front panel display are still inactive.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!
