what do you expect from that? did you bother reading the readme?
There is no pwm1 overlay, neither does the PWM overlay has on override called 'pull_up'
should do it but I've never used that myself (as I prefer to have my custom overlays for CMx because nesting standard overlays becomes a pain in the back most of the time).
