I have an RPi4B that is reporting (/proc/meminfo) only 758kB instead of 4GB. I'm guessing the RAM IC has developed a fault. Is there any memory test facility or debug output that can confirm this ?

yet earlier, you claimed it only has 758kB, 1/1000th of that!

my first guess, is that fixup4.dat is corrupt
