Thanks for trying to help me solve this issue. Turns out the wayvnc version was not the causing the error. I could not find any solution to it, as everything seemed to be working. The server was not failing to start up (due to cursor or anything else) and the port was opened. Therefore, I decided to perform a fresh install and now things are working as expected.
I believe I have done something wrong when setting the WireGuard VPN. I will try doing it again paying closer attention and trying to identify if or when things have gone wrong.
